Whether you are a first-time home buyer, or a veteran investor looking for an additional property, you’ll find great value in the services I can provide. Best of all, as a buyer, my services are free to you, since any commissions are paid by the seller.

Sign up for listing alerts!

We are still experiencing a seller’s market right now, so I highly recommend you create a listing alert that will notify you the minute a house gets listed that meets your criteria. Create a new search here, and be sure to hit “save this search above the map. Also, be sure to download my free real estate app on your phone to help you search on the go! Download it here. When you see a home you want to see, don’t hesitate to contact me!

Pre-approval Letter!

Our next step, unless you are planning to pay cash, is to get a pre-approval letter for the financing of your home. It’s also nice to know how much home you can, and more importantly, choose to afford. Listing agents will require a pre-approval letter up front. If you have one already, that’s great! Just email me that at your earliest convenience. If you do not have a lender yet, I have an excellent Loan officer below. The sooner you can get the financing process started the smoother the transaction will be. Feel free to contact them via phone, email, or sign up on their website and remember to let me know who you end up choosing.

Meeting Time!

To provide you with the best service, it is important to sit down for a few minutes and talk about your search. Your house is most likely the largest purchase you’ll ever make, so it’s important for me to understand what you are looking for and why. I know schedules are busy, so I have no problem meeting in the evening or on the weekend, and 30-45 minutes is all it should take. So, whether you have already found the house you want to see, or aren’t planning to buy until later this year, contact me today and let’s set a date to talk!
